Athanase Vettas
I work as an Alexander Technique teacher since 1999 and teach in French, English and Greek.
I give mainly individual sessions and I regularly give talks on the practical and theoretical implications of the Technique.
As an Alexander Technique teacher my main interest is about the effects of modern western life on the body and mind of human beings, the stress it creates in professional and everyday life, and in the practical help offered by the Technique for a better adaptation of the individual to the society.
And also as any other Alexander Technique teacher I am very much concerned by the way we habitually use ourselves in any activity or behavior, in order to promote more constructive and less harmful conscious actions and reactions.
I also have a life-long interest in the question of free will and ways of increasing self-awareness.
