Judith Stelling graduated at The Alexander Technique Centre Amsterdam in 2005 and has a private practice in Brussels. Before becoming an Alexander teacher, she worked briefly as a chemical scientist and as an information technology consultant. After developing arm and neck pain problems, she used the Alexander technique to solve those issues.
